Annual General Meeting – Online Meeting

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic the February Regular meeting will be held online and restricted to consideration of necessary business only.

This meeting is the designated date of our Annual General Meeting, required by the Lodge Bye-Laws to pass the annual accounts for 2019-2020 and Balance Sheet as at 30 November 2020. A Zoom link for entry to the virtual AGM will be sent by email to every Qualified Member prior to the meeting. A copy of the accounts will be sent by email on request to the Secretary <[email protected]>. Questions about the accounts should be addressed to the Treasurer <[email protected]> before the date of the AGM.
